The Indian Ridge Homeowners Association is a volunatary HOA with the sole purpose of supporting the neighborhood's long standing traditions along with providing the facilities for the Indian Ridge Swim Team.  The Swim Team, which has been making waves since 1957, rents the pool each season for their practices and swim meets.  Other traditional events include a Fourth of July Parade & Party, a Halloween Party and the Luminarias (Festival of Lights) which consist of over 7,000 paper bags, sand & candles which line the neighborhood's streets during the winter holidays.

About us

The Indian Ridge Historic District is a wonderful example of a mid century modern planned community built by the Lusk Corporation in Tucson Arizona from 1955 to 1964. The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places on July 16th, 2010.
